Be wary they allow vendors to advertise after being notified that vendors took money and never showed up. THE KNOT has been told about Crystal Nix Beauty and how she just does not show or gets paid and never shows, there is even a facebook page about this woman, but the knot keeps allowing her to advertise on their site and to continue stealing from innocent people, does not speak well of their ethics.
My fiancé and I have not received our funds, and it has been a month and a half. I have called, and it goes to voicemail. I have emailed the company as well. Today I called and pressed the number to advertising, and someone immediately picked up the line. She would not help me, but transferred me to the number where it was voicemail again. Do not use this company!

As a professional photographer for over 19 years I find it appalling to allow a customer to give me a bad review 3 years after I did there wedding based on the customer being satisfied at 1st then write the bad review only after they didn't get what they wanted for free. The knot would not take down the review as it was fraudulent and unfair after 3 YEARS! They only care about vendors who spend high dollar amounts to advertise. I will never advertise with the knot, EVER!

Horrible business. If you are a wedding vendor ie. Photographer, dj, venue, coordinator etc. DO NOT use the KNOT they will provide you with 9 out of 10 Fake Leads. They tell you you can cancel if it doesn't work out but you can't. They will tell you they don't send people to collections, then you will get calls from collections! They will tell you they are sorry you were given misinformation... DO NOT USE THE KNOT. Or any other service run by the knot. There are a lot so look it up, and don't do it.
My husband and I used The Knot when we got married back in 2018 and really liked the experience. Integrating our wedding website, registry, and invites in one place made it super easy and intuitive. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a wedding.
She was really and she was very nice to my kids I liked her very much and she very sweet I was running late to the appointment and she saved me a parking spot and I thought that was very sweet
I used the knot for various needs for our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Eveyone was passionate with their work and helped us as if it were their own wedding. I strongly recommend them and will be using there services for future events.
